Le ma\u00eetre d&rsquo;\u0153uvre de ce projet \u00e9volutif est l&rsquo;<strong>EFP<\/strong>, un centre de formation en alternance dans la R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-capitale. Le lieu de r\u00e9flexion a \u00e9t\u00e9 imagin\u00e9 par le bureau <strong>Karbon&rsquo;<\/strong>.
