Les deux parties conviendront\u00a0d\u2019un\u00a0contrat juridiquement contraignant end\u00e9ans les 60 jours de Due Diligence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce\u00a0premier projet d\u2019ATENOR \u00e0 Londres est un\u00a0pas embl\u00e9matique dans une localisation de premier choix. Fleet House est situ\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;Est de Midtown, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du centre de la City. Ce quartier attire un large \u00e9ventail\u00a0d\u2019occupants\u00a0dans les secteurs financiers, professionnels et des TMT.
