Une premi\u00e8re phase vient de recevoir le label be.exemplary en 2019, une belle occasion pour s&rsquo;int\u00e9resser \u00e0 ce d\u00e9veloppement urbain qui se veut exemplaire \u00e0 plus d&rsquo;un titre : outre des forages tests entrepris pour y placer de la g\u00e9othermie sur le site, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Rotor a \u00e9t\u00e9 mandat\u00e9e pour mener une mission d&rsquo;inventaire, d&rsquo;analyse et de strat\u00e9gie du r\u00e9-emploi sur le site.
