Dilli\u00e8s&nbsp;Bourgmestre d\u2019Uccle&nbsp;et de M. Biermann, Echevin&nbsp;de l\u2019Urbanisme.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2013, <strong>Eaglestone<\/strong> acquiert une surface de terrain de 1,8 hectares situ\u00e9e avenue&nbsp;Dolez \u00e0 Uccle, en bordure d\u2019une zone Natura 2000&nbsp;et \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du plateau du Kauwberg ainsi que&nbsp;du Parc Fond\u2019Roy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui,&nbsp;le projet baptis\u00e9 <strong>Tree<\/strong>, en rapport \u00e0 l\u2019environnement direct du site,&nbsp;se compose de trois immeubles totalisant 59 appartements et une maison, soit une surface totale de 6.700 m2 de logement.
