Le quartier du Karreveld est r\u00e9put\u00e9 pour son c\u00f4t\u00e9 calme et r\u00e9sidentiel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Home Invest Belgium<\/strong> avait rachet\u00e9 ces bureaux, anciennement occup\u00e9s par Toshiba, en vue de les transformer en logements d\u00e9but 2016. Le projet avait \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 au bureau d\u2019architecture <strong>A2RC Architects<\/strong>. Les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par l\u2019entreprise <strong>Democo<\/strong> ont permis de r\u00e9aliser le programme de 96 unit\u00e9s. Un espace destin\u00e9 \u00e0 une cr\u00e8che est disponible au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e de l\u2019immeuble. Un jardin avec bancs, pistes de p\u00e9tanque et une grande cour commune, est accessible aux locataires en qu\u00eate de verdure et de d\u00e9tente.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;The Pulse&nbsp;\u00bb est compos\u00e9 de trois immeubles distincts. Chaque b\u00e2timent a sa propre grille d\u2019entr\u00e9e s\u00e9curis\u00e9e. L\u2019acc\u00e8s est contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide de cam\u00e9ras de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et les locataires re\u00e7oivent un badge \u00e9lectronique pour acc\u00e9der aux immeubles. Au total, le b\u00e2timent compte 20 studios, 19 appartements une chambre, 42 appartements deux chambres et 12 appartements 3 chambres. La majorit\u00e9 des appartements sont pourvus de grandes terrasses. Trois maisons sont \u00e9galement propos\u00e9es \u00e0 la location.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019immeuble est pourvu de panneaux solaires et compte deux chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 condensation pour le chauffage. Ceci coupl\u00e9 aux investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s pour l\u2019isolation thermique, permet \u00e0 l\u2019immeuble d\u2019afficher les performances \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques PEB entre B- et C+.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>The Pulse est un bel exemple de reconversion d\u2019immeuble de bureaux en logements. Ce type de r\u00e9affectation n\u2019est pas une premi\u00e8re pour Home Invest Belgium qui compte d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs projets de ce genre \u00e0 son actif. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce succ\u00e8s, nous pouvons affirmer que le d\u00e9veloppement durable est devenu de fait l\u2019un des piliers de notre philosophie d\u2019entreprise.<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb (Sophie Lambrighs, CEO, Home Invest Belgium)<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab <em>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une reconversion r\u00e9ussie dans le quartier du Karreveld qui, plus que jamais, s\u2019embellit gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 toutes sortes d\u2019initiatives positives (\u00e9coles, cr\u00e8ches, activit\u00e9s culturelles au Ch\u00e2teau du Karreveld). Les nouveaux r\u00e9sidents de l\u2019immeuble \u00ab&nbsp;The Pulse&nbsp;\u00bb trouveront l\u00e0 un environnement tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9able.
