Les travaux de d\u00e9molition ont commenc\u00e9 et JOMA2060 devrait accueillir ses premiers locataires d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le site sera transform\u00e9 pour cr\u00e9er plus de&nbsp;<strong>9 000 m\u00b2 d&rsquo;espaces spacieux et de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 louer pour vivre et travailler<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>77 appartements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>28 chambres d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un espace de bureau multifonctionnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>101 places de parking souterrain<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 places de parking pour v\u00e9los en surface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Il comprendra \u00e9galement un grand espace de vie commun de 165 m\u00b2 et une cour centrale verdoyante au c\u0153ur du b\u00e2timent pour rassembler les gens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le projet vise \u00e0 conserver les&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00e9cieuses caract\u00e9ristiques historiques<\/strong>&nbsp;de la brasserie John Martin d&rsquo;origine. L&rsquo;ancien entrep\u00f4t, la chemin\u00e9e et l&rsquo;usine de margarine seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement durable sont au c\u0153ur du projet. Le projet sera presque neutre sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et n&rsquo;utilisera pas d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie fossile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0C\u2019\u00e9tait une excellente opportunit\u00e9 d&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 notre portefeuille un projet r\u00e9sidentiel modern et tr\u00e8s durable. La demande de logements locatifs abordables augmente, alors que l\u2019offre qualitative reste faible.
