Apr\u00e8s avoir r\u00e9nov\u00e9 la petite chapelle, Alexandre Allard a fait appel \u00e0&nbsp;<strong>Philippe Starck<\/strong>&nbsp;pour r\u00e9nover et designer avec l\u2019aide de nombreux artistes br\u00e9siliens l\u2019ancienne maternit\u00e9 en un h\u00f4tel luxueux, probablement le l\u2019h\u00f4tel le plus luxueux d\u2019Am\u00e9rique latine. Il a ensuite engag\u00e9 l\u2019architecte&nbsp;<strong>Jean Nouvel<\/strong>&nbsp;pour construire une tour de logements et, enfin, l\u2019architecte&nbsp;<strong>Rudy Ricciotti<\/strong>&nbsp;pour construire un hub d\u2019entreprises.
