Parmi les prim\u00e9s notables, la <strong>House of Music<\/strong> \u00e0 Budapest, en Hongrie, a re\u00e7u le prix sp\u00e9cial du jury et l&rsquo;<strong>Arboretum<\/strong> \u00e0 Nanterre, en France, a remport\u00e9 le prix du meilleur projet dans la cat\u00e9gorie Futura. La France remporte 2 MIPIM Awards \u00e0 \u00e9galit\u00e9 avec l\u2019Italie. Le deuxi\u00e8me projet fran\u00e7ais r\u00e9compens\u00e9 est <strong>CAP 3000<\/strong> \u00e0 Saint-Laurent-du-Var dans la cat\u00e9gorie meilleur centre commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les 3 projets finalistes belges, le nouveau si\u00e8ge social de <strong>BNP Paribas Fortis<\/strong> au c\u0153ur de Bruxelles a re\u00e7u le prix du meilleur d\u00e9veloppement de bureaux, un projet imagin\u00e9 par les bureaux d&rsquo;architectures Baumschlager Eberle Architekten, Styfhals, Jaspers-Eyers Architects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident du jury des MIPIM Awards, Fran\u00e7ois Trausch, Pr\u00e9sident du directoire, Pr\u00e9sident du comit\u00e9 ex\u00e9cutif d&rsquo;Allianz Immobilier a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u00ab\u00a0<em>Les projets s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour les MIPIM Awards 2022 sont largement en lien avec le th\u00e8me du MIPIM de cette ann\u00e9e qui est \u00ab\u00a0conduire le changement urbain\u00a0\u00bb, non seulement en \u00e9tant plus durables, mais aussi en \u00e9tant plus accessibles et faciles \u00e0 vivre.
