Ses recherches en construction bois novatrices font na\u00eetre des \u00e9difices ing\u00e9nieux et majestueux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le film met en avant les recherches qu\u2019Yves Weinand coordonne au sein du d\u00e9partement de recherches en construction bois (Ibois) \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole Polytechnique F\u00e9d\u00e9rale de Lausanne (EPFL) et montre une s\u00e9rie de constructions que l\u2019architecte a r\u00e9alis\u00e9es durant sa carri\u00e8re:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ch\u00e2teau d\u2019eau (Beersel &#8211; Belgique)<\/li><li>Chapelle (Saint-Loup &#8211; Suisse)<\/li><li>Th\u00e9\u00e2tre (Vidy &#8211; Suisse)<\/li><li>Bancs de cath\u00e9drale (Lausanne &#8211; Suisse)<\/li><li>Parlement vaudois (Lausanne &#8211; Suisse)<\/li><li>Menuiserie (Manternach &#8211; Luxembourg)<\/li><li>Gare (Rossini\u00e8re &#8211; Suisse)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le documentaire suit les travaux d\u2019Yves Weinand \u00e0 travers ses implications dans des publications comme les Cahiers de l\u2019Ibois, lors de conf\u00e9rences dont celle du lancement du programme Wood for Bauhaus \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin le long m\u00e9trage dresse le portrait d\u2019un personnage habit\u00e9 par son travail lors de rencontres \u00e0 son domicile ou en d\u00e9placement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le film sera projet\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois le mercredi 16 mars 2022 \u00e0 20h \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 d&rsquo;architecture de l&rsquo;ULB La Cambre &#8211; Horta, 19 place E. Flagey 1050 Bruxelles (ouverture des portes \u00e0 19h30, projection \u00e0 20h, d\u00e9bat \u00e0 21h).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce film ravira les professionnel.le.s et tout individu int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la construction bois.
